Hygiene & Safety Standards
Due to the artisanal and personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. This ensures that every product you receive is fresh, safe, and has never been handled by anyone else.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our recipes. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at thehandcraftedheifer@yahoo.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Requirements: Please include your order number and high-quality photos of both the damaged product and the shipping packaging.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for the affected items. Bath Bomb excluded due to their fragile nature we take extra care in all of our packaging.

Exchanges & Scent Preference
Because scent is a personal preference, we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you do not like a particular fragrance. To find your perfect match, we highly encourage purchasing our smaller sample sizes before committing to a full-sized product.

Final Sale Items
All items purchased on sale, through a promotion, or as part of a "Mystery Box" are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or replacement unless damaged during transit.
