By purchasing from The Handcrafted Heifers, you acknowledge that our products are intended for external use and will come into direct contact with the skin. Every individual's skin is unique; therefore, we strongly recommend a patch test before full application. If any redness, itching, or irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Allergy & Ingredient Information
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be fully aware of any personal allergies or sensitivities prior to purchase. While our recipes use all-natural and organic ingredients, these may still cause reactions in certain individuals. Our products may contain botanicals, seeds, or other natural exfoliants (e.g., oatmeal, glitter, or colored embeds).

3. FDA & Medical Disclaimer
In accordance with FDA regulations, we do not make any health-related or medicinal claims regarding our products. The Handcrafted Heifers are not healthcare or medical professionals. Information provided regarding specific ingredients pertains only to their traditional properties and should not be construed as medical advice. Please consult a physician for any medical concerns.

4. Bath Bomb & Colorant Usage
Our bath bombs are handmade, and variations in color, size, and scent are to be expected.
  • Tub Maintenance: We recommend using our products in a very clean bathtub. Pigments may adhere to soap scum, scratches, or existing residue in older or porous tubs. Any remaining residue should be removed promptly with standard soap or tub cleaner.
  • Staining: Over-concentrating your bath water by adding multiple bath bombs simultaneously may increase the risk of temporary skin or tub discoloration.
  • Storage: To maintain product integrity, store bath bombs in a cool, dry environment. Exposure to high humidity or moisture may cause premature effervescence.

5. Limitation of Liability & Safety
Our products contain various butters and oils that may cause the bathtub or shower floor to become extremely slippery.

  • Assumption of Risk: By purchasing and using these products, you agree that The Handcrafted Heifers shall not be held liable for any slips, falls, skin reactions, or property damage (including tub staining) resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
