We carefully package and ship all products from Montana within the domestic United States only via USPS and use a FLAT RATE SHIPPING for orders.
We mail out packages on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, & FRIDAY ONLY
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take high-quality photos of the unopened exterior packaging first, then additional photos of the damaged contents inside.

Important: Do not discard any packaging materials or the shipping box until your claim has been resolved. USPS and other carriers may require an in-person inspection of the original materials at a local post office to verify the damage.
Please email all photos and your order number to thehandcraftedheifer@yahoo.com within 5 days of delivery so we can begin the replacement process for you.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Please double-check all information before completing your purchase, especially when shipping gifts.

Correction Window: If you notice an error, please notify us within 24 hours of order placement. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this window.
Transfer of Risk: Once a package has been accepted by the carrier (USPS/UPS), The Handcrafted Heifers is no longer liable for its delivery. We cannot verify claims of non-receipt if the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout. In the event of a customer-provided address error, orders must be repurchased at the customer's expense, including shipping fees.
